Parul Khosla

Parul (she/her) is the Founder & CEO of Elevate Sports Talent, a coaching and recruitment firm dedicated to helping diverse job seekers land their dream roles in the sports industry. She has spent 10+ years at some of the leading sports organizations including the NHL, NFL, MLB, and Madison Square Garden. A proud resident of New Jersey, Parul holds an MBA degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the same institution.

Chanel Keenan

Chanel (she/her) was named one of the top 25 most influential women in hockey in 2022. She's worked for the Seattle Kraken as an intersectionality consultant and is extremely active across various organizations in the hockey space. She is currently the community and contributor manager at Hockey of Tomorrow.

Tom Sychterz

Tom (he/him) is the founder of Hockey of Tomorrow, the innovative positive impact platform for the hockey world. He was the CMO of Ulule, the largest positive impact platform in the world and has spent 5 years helping the platform support over 45,000 projects around the world. He played at Princeton University as a backup goaltender and holds an MBA from HEC Montreal.
